Samsung Wickenheiser International Women's Hockey Festival
The Wickenheiser International Women's Hockey Festival is an international female junior Ice Hockey tournament. The tournament was the brainchild of Canadian hockey player Hayley Wickenheiser.

The Canadian Tire Wickenheiser World Female Hockey Festival donates 100% of the proceeds from this event to Right To Play and JumpStart to ensure kids from around the world have the opportunity to participate in a sport that Wickenheiser feels has enriched her life so much, as well as all other sports.
Over 1,500 young women descend on Calgary from ages Novice through Midget at all skill levels from recreational to rep hockey. The AAA component of the event is a new addition in 2014.
The Canadian Tire Wickenheiser World Female Hockey Festival hosts 80 teams and over 3,000 people during the course of the weekend who participate not just in a hockey tournament, but in a series of off-ice clinics and workshops that contribute to the development of not just the player, but the young women who attend as a whole.
